What is warranty plus?
For 3 years we will repair any damage or breakage suffered by your instrument, whether due to an accident, fall or any other reason.
For example, if your guitar unhappily falls to the ground and breaks, we can repair it at no cost to you.
All you have to do is send your instrument to our workshop and we will repair it.
Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
If the breakage or damage requires a replacement of a component such as pickups or a neck, we will only charge you the amount of the replaced material.
Workshop labor is free for you.
On BACK TO THE FUTURE models or any other guitar model that has a complex lighting electronic system, they have a lifetime guarantee.
Just send us the guitar or just the guitar body and we’ll repair/replace the electronic component at no cost to you.
If you wish to have your guitar repaired in a local workshop close to your home, we offer an advisory service with your trusted workshop so that you can repair our patented electronic system.
