If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Martper Guitars, please contact MARTPERGUITARS@GMAIL.COM via email to request a return material authorization within 14 days of receipt of the product. Product must be returned to Martper Guitars order center within 14 days of issue.
Packaged products must be returned in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration certificate that were shipped with that product. If the item is returned unopened and in its original box, you will be offered an exchange or refund using the same payment method you originally selected, excluding shipping costs.
In the event that the packaging has been opened, you must send the product in similar packaging, well protected to guarantee the integrity of the product, which will be checked once it arrives at our warehouse.
Once reviewed and if the state of the product is optimal, your order will be refunded, discounting the shipping costs incurred.
In the event that the product is damaged, the refund will not be accepted and you will have to pay the return costs to your address.
If the purchased product has been expressly manufactured for you under pre-sale order, you will not have a refund option.
If you purchased a product that was already manufactured but requested a custom modification, you will not have the option for a refund.
If the packaging has suffered any damage during transport, the buyer is obliged to notify the transport agency and state it on the delivery note, otherwise MARTPER GUITARS will not be responsible for possible damages caused in transport.
All our products are perfectly checked before being shipped, in the event that the buyer receives the product with damage or breakdowns, he must notify us immediately.
If the purchase has been made in Spain, the buyer must send the product to the seller so that he can repair or replace any item that has suffered damage during transport.
In purchases outside of Spain, if the product has suffered any damage during transport, the buyer must inform the transport agency, send photographs and a description of the damage suffered. It is very important to keep all the original packaging and contact MARTPER GUITARS within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the order.
In the case of mishandling or misuse of the product by the buyer, MARTPER GUITARS is not responsible for any damage caused.
How can I request a refund?
Within 14 days of receiving your product:
Contact MARTPER GUITARS to request the return and receive the material return authorization number.
If you received a boxed product, please send the unopened product to MARTPER GUITARS
PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN PRE-SALE (pre-order) cannot be returned.
The refund* will be processed within 2-3 weeks after MARTPER GUITARS receives the product.
